Little Emmy went to live with Jenni in Florida and we've been sent these absolutely stunning photos of her there!  Loving the very kind Easter greetings too (Happy Easter, folks).

(I also think I may need another holiday.)

Fuzzy In The Big Apple pt III

I hope you enjoy these last few shots from my trip to New York!

Wow!  Chrysler Building.

Otter on 42nd Street.

Grand Central Fuzzy

Me in front of the famous clock at Grand Central Station.

Complementary Oyster Crackers? Don't mind if I do.
The Oyster Bar, Grand Central Station.

So I'm back on the shelf with my sombrero again for the time being, but don't forget to take your otter on some adventures too!

Fuzzy (That's ME) In The Big Apple pt II

I admit it - I made Keeper take so many pictures we're going to have to spread them over a few blog posts.

This is the biggest bed EVER.  But just about right for a lively young otter.

I've decided I quite like hotels.

Lunch at the Russian Tea Room.

$10 for a a cup of tea? I may need to bite someone.

I LOVE New York!

Enjoying the Manhattan skyline from the Circle Line boat trip with my tail right up.
I suppose I could have swum, but it was a bit chilly.

Otters love coffee. Fact.

Stay posted for more adventures.

Fuzzy In The Big Apple (aka At Last I Get A Trip!) pt I

Well, dear readers - what can I say?  AT LAST I got to go on a trip - and WHAT a trip it was!  It nearly blew my ottery mind.

I'm still almost too overwhelmed to describe it all, but I'm sure these pictures will do the job instead.

Here's what I got up to on my first day.

I go up the Rockefeller Centre (Top Of The Rock) to take in amazing views of the city.

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed here.  Or is it otter vertigo?  Do otters get vertigo?
Paws back on solid ground - here's the Rockefeller Centre itself.

The ice rink at the Rockefeller Plaza. Keeper thinks I look like a flasher lurking in the bushes. Charming.
Some New York institutions - Radio City Music Hall and a yellow school bus.
Getting up close and personal with a squirrel in Central Park.  Is he trying to punch me in the stomach?

On the second day, I visited Greenwich Village.

Whaddaya mean, it's a veggie burger??!!

Hey everyone! There's an otter loose on Fifth Avenue!

That's all for the moment.  More to come very soon!

Augustus In Australia

After being there for the proposal, lucky Augustus otter managed to tag along on the honeymoon too.

How does he manage to be so jammy?!

Otter-keeper Skye let Augustus accompany her and her new hubby to Australia, where he hung out on the beach and made some birdy friends in the zoo.

There's a rumour flying around that my keeper's off to New York soon, so I'm doing my best to look winsome and poignant and like I would be an asset in the Big Apple.

Wish me luck, Fuzzy Fans.

Orla (pt II)

We met up with Orla and her carer Katie earlier this month.

Orla looked well and we exchanged ottery gossip (I didn't have much as I never do anything fun these days except for sitting on the shelf wearing a green sombrero). She told me all about the holiday she had in France last year and promised to send photos.

So here they are.  Brace yourselves - they're good.

Orla chooses to fly Easyjet and always has her boarding pass to paw, plus she's very safety conscious, and sits with her seat belt fastened at all times.

It can be a bit daunting for a little otter travelling abroad and waking up in a strange place.  What if they don't speak Otter there?  Fortunately, Orla's travelling companions make sure she gets lots of love and reassurance.

Obviously it's not long before Orla takes to the water - and has a good towel down afterwards.

After all that activity, it's definitely time for lunch - and a drop or five of the local plonk.  We heartily approve of your choice of rosé, Orla.

Afterwards, it's time to mingle with the locals.  I think if you speak Otter, you can probably get by in Badger.

Nice work Orla, and thanks to Katie for the lovely snaps.

Ottermus Prime

Welcome to brand new otter, the superbly named Ottermus Prime!

We have a sneaking suspicion here at Fuzzy Towers that we're going to be seeing a lot more of this little one . . .

I'm just off to see if I can find a champagne cork to ride like a rocket too.

Chabas (pt VII)

Chabas in his valuable role as Props Assistant for the Qasr Al Hosn Festival in Abu Dhabi.

Eric (pt II)

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr - it's getting chilly.
Eric is way ahead of all of us with his incredibly stylish woolly hat - and we hear he's also bugging his carer Ilona to put the heating on.

That otter!

Chabas (pt VI)

Chabas has a boozy lunch in Palma de Mallorca!

Chabas (pt V - A Heart-Warming Tale)

One day, Chabas was feeling a deep nostalgia for his creator.

He felt so strongly, he wrote it again.  This time in Arabic.

His colleagues were concerned.  They tried to cheer him up.

They even offered him chocolate.

But nothing would comfort him.

So his kind carer Lucy smuggled him to the UK in her bag and secretly brought him out for the evening to a place where Sarah would be.

Chabas and Sarah were reunited at last.

Meet Orla.

How completely awesome is Orla?

She has gone to live with Katie, who tells us:

'(This is) Orla, kicking back as she sneaks in a practice for her silent disco set in the rather spectacular barn at Fair Oak 40 Fest, 2014. She didn't fancy the brunch, even though I told her about the delicious smoked salmon.
I love her. Finding out she is also a dj has only strengthened the bond, although otter music takes a little getting used to. Bit fishy.'
